Hoppr Party Rentals Free Party Giveaway Sweepstakes

1. SPONSOR
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by William Zak DBA Hoppr Party Rentals ("Sponsor"), located at:
1639 Moss Rose Way, Beaumont, CA 92223

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Riverside County and San Bernardino County, California who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, representatives, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsor, as well as members of the same household, are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on June 5, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on June 19, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.

4. HOW TO ENTER
Eligible participants may enter by completing the official Meta Lead Form during the Sweepstakes Period and providing all required information.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Entry into the Sweepstakes is not conditioned upon consent to receive marketing communications from Sponsor.

5. OPTIONAL EMAIL AND SMS MARKETING CONSENT
Entry into the Sweepstakes does not require consent to receive marketing communications from Sponsor.

Participants may voluntarily opt in to receive promotional and marketing communications from Sponsor by providing separate affirmative consent through the Meta Lead Form.

Participants who opt in to email marketing consent to receive promotional emails, newsletters, special offers, discounts, event announcements, product updates, future giveaway announcements, and other marketing communications.

Participants who opt in to SMS marketing consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Sponsor.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase or Sweepstakes entry. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.

6. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive a party rental package with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $250-$350 at the standard rental time period of 8 hours.

7. SERVICE AREA AND AVAILABILITY
The prize is valid only within Sponsor's regular service area.

8. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about June 20, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Once contacted from the sponsor, the winner will have 48 Hours to respond before they forfeit and another winner will be chosen.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be contacted using the email address, phone number, and/or mobile number provided during entry.

10. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, city of residence, testimonials, reviews, and photographs of the event setup and rental equipment for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
The winner must execute Sponsor's standard rental agreement, safety acknowledgments, and liability waivers prior to receiving the prize.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.

13. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if necessary.

14. PRIVACY
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

15. META DISCLAIMER
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

16. WINNER LIST

17. GOVERNING LAW
The Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
