This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Hop Rental LLC DBA Hoppr Party Rentals ("Sponsor"), located at:
1639 Moss Rose Way, Beaumont, CA 92223
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
The prize must be redeemed for an event or delivery location within Beaumont, Banning, Calimesa, Cherry Valley, Yucaipa, or Redlands, California.
Employees, contractors, representatives, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsor, as well as members of the same household, are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on September 25, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time and ends on October 3rd, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, an eligible participant must complete all of the following during the Sweepstakes Period:
1. Follow @HopprPartyRentals on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook;
2. Like the official Sweepstakes post on the platform that they viewed the post on; and
3. Comment on the official Sweepstakes post and tag three (3) individuals who also live in the listed areas.
Each of the three (3) tagged individuals must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must be located in Beaumont, Banning, Calimesa, Cherry Valley, Yucaipa, or Redlands, California.
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of comments, individuals tagged, or accounts/platforms used.
The entrant must continue to meet the entry requirements at the time the winner is selected. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive their choice of either one (1) single bounce house rental or one (1) balloon arch rental from Hoppr Party Rentals.
The specific bounce house or balloon arch selected is subject to Sponsor's available inventory, scheduling, and normal service capabilities.
The prize has no cash value and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. No cash or credit will be provided for any unused portion of the prize.
6. PRIZE REDEMPTION, SERVICE AREA, AND AVAILABILITY
The prize must be used for an event or delivery location within Beaumont, Banning, Calimesa, Cherry Valley, Yucaipa, or Redlands, California.
The prize must be scheduled, delivered, and used no later than December 31, 2026.
Prize fulfillment is subject to equipment availability, scheduling availability, weather conditions, safety requirements, and Sponsor's standard rental policies.
The winner is responsible for providing a suitable and safe location for setup and for complying with Sponsor's standard rental requirements.
7. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing on or about October 3, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted by direct message on the social media account that they entered on from the official @HopprPartyRentals Instagram account.
The potential winner will have forty-eight (48) hours from the time the notification is sent to respond and claim the prize.
If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, cannot be contacted, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Participants should be aware of impersonator or fraudulent accounts. Sponsor will contact the potential winner only through the official @HopprPartyRentals Instagram, TikTok or Facebook account and will not require payment to claim the prize.
9. WINNER VERIFICATION
Before receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary for Sponsor to verify eligibility and arrange fulfillment of the prize.
Sponsor may also verify that the potential winner completed the required Instagram entry actions.
Failure to provide requested verification or failure to satisfy the requirements of these Official Rules may result in disqualification.
10. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, city, testimonials, reviews, and photographs or video of the event setup and rental equipment for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
The winner must execute Sponsor's standard rental agreement and any applicable safety acknowledgments, rules, or liability waivers before receiving the prize.
All standard safety and equipment-use requirements applicable to the selected rental will continue to apply.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees, representatives, agents, and contractors from claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except to the extent such limitation or release is prohibited by applicable law.
13. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, uses fraudulent or automated methods of entry, provides false information, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, or other factors materially affect the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.
Sponsor's decisions regarding administration of the Sweepstakes and verification of entries will be final to the extent permitted by law.
14. PRIVACY
Any personal information collected from the winner for purposes of eligibility verification, prize fulfillment, or administration of the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Entry into the Sweepstakes does not constitute consent to receive promotional SMS, email, or other direct marketing communications from Sponsor.
15. INSTAGRAM / META DISCLAIMER
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram or Meta.
Entrants release Instagram and Meta from responsibility relating to the administration of this Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. GOVERNING LAW
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
